Judges 3:8-10
1599 Geneva Bible
8 Therefore the wrath of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of Cushan-Rishathaim King of [a]Aram-naharaim, and the children of Israel served Cushan-Rishathaim eight years.
9 ¶ And when the children of Israel cried unto the Lord, the Lord stirred up a Savior to the children of Israel, and he saved them, even Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother.
10 And the [b]Spirit of the Lord came upon him, and he judged Israel, and went out to war: and the Lord delivered Cushan-Rishathaim king of [c]Aram into his hand, and his hand prevailed against Cushan-Rishathaim.
